Il capitolo francese di Great Place to Work ha pubblicato l’edizione 2013 delle migliori aziende per le quali lavorare in Francia.

Quest’anno l’elenco include 13 aziende nella categoria con più di 500 dipendenti e 36 aziende nella categoria con meno di 500 dipendenti. Le aziende vengono valutate dagli impiegati stessi. L’azienda fa domanda per poter essere valutata con la metodologia usata da Great Place to Work dopodiché i dipendenti vengono interpellati attraverso questionari anonimi. In questo modo il reparto delle risorse umane avrà una valutazione indipendente riguardo la qualità della vita lavorativa al suo interno e sarà in grado di apportare le opportune modifiche. Tutto ciò in modo molto più efficace in quanto misurata e confrontata con altre aziende operanti nella stessa nazione e nello stesso settore.
